Position Summary

The LD Consultant’s key responsibility is ensuring excellence in the development and delivery of Oliver Group solutions.

Essential Functions

Develop programs and curriculum

  • Collaborate with Clients and Business Development Consultants / Area Directors in the development of customized programs and services/solutions
  • Design, develop, evaluate and refine existing and/or new programs, curriculum and tools
  • Translate business objectives and challenges into Leadership and Organization Development strategies that drive business impact

Delivery of services and solutions

  • Deliver Predictive Index (PI) Workshops, Leadership Transition Programs, Team Development, PI Overviews, and all other workshops ensuring consistency and high quality
  • Research, recommend, and implement new and creative ways of delivering programs and services

Internal and external relationships

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external clients
  • Partner with Consultants / Area Directors and Solutions Team for proactive and effective client communications for all delivery services

Position Requirements

Education / Accreditation /Licensure

Required: Bachelor Degree

Preferred: MBA or Graduate Degree in related field

Location: Louisville, KY

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years business experience to include experience in Organization and Leadership Development
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills; Public speaking experience and executive presence are a must
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods
  • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating at all levels within an organization, particularly executive level
  • Knowledge of instructional design and analytical and organizational skills
  • Innovation experience: The ability to recognize opportunities for improvement, contribute to change and execute new ideas
  • Ability to organize and manage time to operate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external clients
  • Up to 50% travel required

Preferred:

  • Experience and/or certification as an Executive Coach
  • Knowledge of Predictive Index and/or other behavioral assessments
