Oliver Group is pleased to announce the creation of a business partnership with senior consultants Andy Elliott, Gail Ferreira and Belinda Gates. As successful consultants, each has leveraged their experience and expertise as business professionals to help clients achieve meaningful results in the development and advancement of their leaders. This partnership will allow their clients access to a broader range of developmental services through the Oliver Group; and expand Oliver Group’s outreach in key markets, including Western Kentucky and the Carolinas.

Andy Elliott is the former Chief Customer Experience Officer with Computer Services Inc., a highly respected and highly successful organization in Paducah, KY, providing software and support to banks and financial institutions.  Previously, Andy was Senior VP for Customer Service for CSI, but has spent considerable time in nearly every facet of the organization: operations, programming, telecommunications and sales and marketing. Andy has his CIBE from Columbia Business School.

Gail Ferreira has led a diverse range of award-winning sales teams to success in markets as varied as finance, ecommerce, professional services and higher education. Additionally, she has spent significant time in a VP role, leading business development management efforts that provided additional insights that enhance her consultative work. She holds an MBA from Boston College and has worked for the past three years as an ICF certified credentialed executive coach and consultative resource to a wide range of organizations. For her coaching certification, she is a graduate from North Carolina State University’s Business Coaching Institute.

Belinda Gates is a former VP and partner at Luckett & Farley Architects, one of the largest architectural firms in the region. She has been a certified coach and active consultant since 2011, supporting the leadership development needs of a diverse range of organizations both in Louisville and across the United States. Belinda is a graduate of the School of Management, Organizational Behavior and Professional Coaching Program at The University of Texas.
