Predictive Index Workshops
Oliver Group now offers a series of instructor-led modular training workshops to help ensure the PI methodology is integrated into your organizational culture. Not only have we refreshed the standard 2-day workshop you’re already familiar with, we’ve added two new workshops so we can better meet the needs of your entire workforce.
(formerly known as PI Management Workshop)
We’ve updated the materials and overall flow of the standard two-day PI workshop. This workshop provides hands-on practice with PI tools including a case study, sample job assessment, individual and group exercises, and action plans. Participants will receive PI certification upon completion and leave with a thorough understanding of how to use PI to solve common people challenges.
We’re particularly excited about this one-day workshop. Front-line managers, supervisors and directors responsible for maximizing the business performance of their teams will benefit from this workshop. It’s designed to give managers the tools and perspectives needed to better manage their team members as well as understand their own management style.
This half-day workshop is intended for employees at any level inside your organization and provides a solid foundation of understanding the PI Behavioral Assessment. The curriculum provides participants with the insights and tools they need to develop increased self-awareness and a thorough understanding of what motivates their day-to-day behaviors.
