These e-learning courses are designed to increase PI analysts’ skills and deepen their PI knowledge by sharing the history and effective use of behavioral science in business and reinforcing the skills learned in the PI Management Workshop™.  Each 30-minute session provides learners with powerful content, interactive practice and comprehensive information to increase their abilities to apply PI to everyday workplace practices.

Each 30-minute course is designed with the adult learner in mind. They are interactive, self-paced, content rich and packed with science-based information that can be put to use immediately. Delivered through the online PI Worldwide E-learning Center, these courses provide “anytime, anywhere” distance learning, making them convenient, consistent and very cost effective.  Our suite of online courses includes:

• Introduction to Behavioral Science and the Predictive Index® (for analysts and non-analysts):  Learn about the history and application of behavioral science in the workplace, as well as the concepts and business applications of the Predictive Index.
